2. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that the material you posted on Drive Mad was wrongfully removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, you may file a counter-notification. To submit a valid counter-notification, your communication must include the following:

Identification of the material removed: Identify the material that was removed or disabled, and provide details on where it was located before removal.
Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement indicating that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
